I have 2 WiFi extenders that won’t connect.
The extenders that I have are 3 feet away from the modem. I plugged them in, go through the whole set up process. The lights are blinking, white, then blue, then turn solid red, and they won’t do anything after that

Good morning user_okyj8i! Thank you so much for your patience and for reaching out to my team for help with the extenders. I'm sorry that the devices don't seem to be connecting to the network. I know that technology is amazing, but when it does work it really makes things difficult for us.
When activating the extenders are you receiving any error messages in the Xfinity app?
