I had my service moved to a new location. I have been trying for days to get a tech out. you just want to sell me more services instead.

My service isn't even working well at the new location, and you want me to invest more of my money into your terrible customer service.  I haven't been able to talk to a tech. or even a person.   I don't wanna talk to AI or chat with a unhelpful rep in your chat support.   I want someone who can schedule a tech to actually resolve the issue with my service that i am paying you for.  

I need something done ASAP, it's been 3 days now.

Moving alone is hectic enough, I'm sorry for the service issues and support trouble added to it. I would love to help out and set up an appointment for us. Part of the issue may be that if you recently moved and installed the service on your own, we may not be able to set up a repair appointment, but we will have to schedule a professional installation. Let's dig into things and see what needs to be done to get the services working as they should be!
