I HAD "5" DIFFERENT customer service agents in chat cut me off or turn me over to the next agent in cue without a word!!!! 5 of them!

For 2hrs and 45 minutes I went through 5 customer service live chat agents to fix several over charges and a faulty connection to Apple TV. I was pleasant with the 3 then when the 1st one popped up with how can I help you? I plainly said "Is today training day and no one wants to work? I have had 3 suprise customer service people start to help then I have had to start over...this is insane...don't you know I got #5 and asked for a copy of my chat since there was so much trouble with simple requests and being forwarded so many times they said yes when the chat ends so next thing I know that agent was signed off and my internet got cut off/on for 10-15 minutes and my husband works from home. This is uncalled for!!!!! They all should be suspended except the one that did alot of the stuff I needed done. I have the transcript and it validates they had no reason to cut off or transfer me much less it should be against company policy to mess with the customers service without any reason. So what will be done about this?
