I got WiFi pass and my Roku won't connect

Hello user_ada7tg The NOW Wi-Fi pass is built to handle basic internet usage via our Xfinity Hotspots. Depending on the distance you are from the Hotspot you are connecting to. This service may not handle streaming very well due to lack of higher speeds on the hotspots.
