I got an email

We are shutting down the old version of your email account on April 30th, and you will no longer have access unless you upgrade to the latest version. Is this a scam

user_sepg4a Thanks for posting on our Community Forums for assistance with your email concerns. Are you using our Xfinity website to access the email? Is this coming from an Xfinity email address? To ensure that an email is actually from Comcast, the Xfinity Verified Email symbol will be displayed next to any email from a Comcast source in the Xfinity Email inbox.

I got the same email. it says X.Finity in the email and Xfinity doesn't use a period on their website. I believe its a scam but i'll be dead before I ever get to talk to an agent.  The chat bots say they can get you a representative but keeps looping you around

Thanks for confirming that information. I would report this as a phishing email. Are you currently using our Xfinity Website to access your email or a third-party email client (Outlook, Apple Mail)?
