I get the globe icon in my lower right saying not connected

I get the globe icon saying "not connected-no connection"  but we have internet. Any ideas?

I can't talk to a real person, this is beyond ridiculous

yes as of last night we did. I checked my computer and it said it was connected to our account. IDK what caused that
