I get a call every day for 2 weeks

When my bill is due every month I get calls every day for two weeks about making a payment.  Also when I tell the agent calling that I have payment arrangement I get told that only he or she can do that for me. It's very irritating to keep explaining my payment arrangements.  I am being bullied and it needs to stop.

Getting repeated calls every day, especially when you already have a payment arrangement in place, would frustrate anyone. You’ve done the right thing by setting up your arrangement.
