I essentials

I want to know why I was approved then denied entry into the $14.95 essentials program? I was first approved, then when I voiced concerns about the skills and professionalism of the essential department I was denied(mystery) they said it’s because my shipping /physical address is different. I told this from the beginning and they said it doesn’t matter they go off physical address. I was told is was approved, by a few different police, then as I was making an install appointment I was emailed that I was disapproved.
