I don't use twitter or facebook.

Why cant I talk to live person to change my plan? I call and get computer then it text me back still no live person then I choose call back and nothing.

Fix this issue I like to talk to live person about my plans not a robot, the website says i have to call to change anything so I do and no live person.

Look like SCC needs a letter to fix this.
