I don't need someone to come to my new address to set up my internet for me
I'm moving, I do not need to pay $100 for someone else to plug in my router and modem. There's no other option and the phone system is impossible to navigate.
This is yet again just another example of absolutely atrocious customer service.

Many times, It may offer a tech if we haven't had service at this location for some time or the previous residents switched providers which disabled the tap.
