I Don't Have a Mobile Number

I am trying to schedule an appointment for a technician to visit my home and fix my TV.  The Xfinity Assistant wants a mobile number.  I don't have one.  I gave it my landline number, and it rejected it.  It will only accept a mobile number.  How do I make an appointment without a mobile number?  Thank you.

The concern is not "Channels And Programming" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
