I dont have a Coax cable

I have had at&t ,but recently called to make the switch to xfinity and the online manual says i need a coax cable but at&t uses a telephone wire to connect can i call to get a coax installed?

If you sign up for your service with Xfinity, then they should be able to roll a truck to install one for you. Along with a grounding block, and a demarcation box. Make sure you actually talk to a human to order your services, and use the address lookup tool and see if your address is on the list for Xfinity services. That tool should have your tap in the system. Your port is just terminated until you get service.
