We're service ever.I cannot stand paying for my bill over the phone.It takes way too long.You need to cut the time on this robot [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"].It's making me want to cancel my service.Because I can't stand being on the phone for almost an hour.To pay for my bill, I should not be on the phone for an hour to pay for my bill.It should only take me five minutes to pay it.And the robot [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] is going on way too long.Please get rid of it.And do something different, or else you're gonna lose me.As a customer
