I did not want Xfinity mobile

I moved and was simply calling to get my Internetservice moved over to my new apartment. I got some kind of notice that my rate was going to double because I was not going to receive the same deal that I had for the last couple of years. So I called the number. I got an agent that could barely speak English. He kept telling me that I can get the same Internet service and price if I signed up for Xfinity mobile. I told him at that moment. I did not want Xfinity mobile. I was not interested in that whatsoever. I just wanted my Internet service. I’ve been doing business with Comcast for 20 something years. Then he went on to tell me that he was going to send me a free iPad with my Internet service since I’ve been a great customer. I knew better than to believe that’s why I told him I do not want an iPad. I have no use for an iPad. I already have two or three of them that I don’t use. I simply wanted the same Internet service that I’ve been receiving. A few weeks later, I received an iPad. When I tried to call and complained that this guy sent me an iPad. It was almost impossible to get through. After spending a good hour hour and a half trying to get through I found an agent that was willing to speak with me about it. He understood he said, and he opened up a fraud case.# [Edited: "Personal Information"] his name was Lee. he told me that he would take care of everything. I asked him what about the iPad that I have not used along with the SIM card. He said to me that I will hear about what to do with it soon. Weeks past and I totally forgot about it. Then one day I found charges on my American Express. Xfinity mobile was charging me for the service. So again I tried to reach Xfinity mobileand I wasn’t willing to wrestle around with a stupid bot that did not want to set me up with a human. so I got with American Express to dispute the charges. About two weeks ago I received a packing slip from Federal Express with no instructions about anything. Knowing with Xfinity mobile reached out to me. So when I inquired to American Express about the dispute today, I read that the charges from Xfinity mobile were valid and that I authorized the charge therefore no credit is due. Still I have no explanation on what to do about this packing slip other than to take his iPad to FedEx. I have four charges from xfinity mobileand I expect to be refunded. If not, I will file a complaint with the FTC and FCC. I will be glad to send this iPad that I have not used along with the SIM card back to you, but I need to know I’m gonna be refunded the charges.
