I did not receive an order confirmation email for my xfinity home wifi purchase and installation
I created an xfinity account to order xfinity wifi for my new apartment. I placed the order with an installation date coming up soon. I have not received a confirmation email. I am in a login loop that gives me a buffering screen whenever I try to look at billing details or my order. Please help me ensure that my order is confirmed and a technician will be visiting me!
