i could not get the perplexity pro reward although i'm a platinum reward tier member

Hello Xfinity Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing as a Platinum Xfinity Rewards member regarding the Perplexity Pro 1-year subscription promotion that was offered to Platinum tier members between August 2024 and January 2025.

ISSUE:
Despite being a Platinum member throughout the entire promotional period, I never saw the Perplexity Pro offer appear in my Xfinity Rewards dashboard. I regularly checked my rewards portal but this specific benefit was never available to me, even though other Platinum members reported receiving it.

ACCOUNT DETAILS:

- Rewards Tier: Platinum (verified in my dashboard)
- Promotion Period: August 29, 2024 - January 31, 2025 (claim deadline)

WHAT I'VE ALREADY DONE:
✓ Checked my Rewards Dashboard regularly during the promotion period
✓ Reviewed "My Activity" section - no Perplexity-related codes found
✓ Checked all email communications from Xfinity Rewards
✓ Verified my Platinum status was active during the entire period

REQUEST:
Could you please investigate why this offer never appeared in my account and help resolve this issue? Specifically:

1. Can you verify whether I was technically eligible for this promotion?
2. Why didn't the Perplexity Pro reward appear in my rewards dashboard?
3. Is there any way to retroactively provide access to this benefit, given that I never had the opportunity to claim a code?
4. If a code is no longer available, are there alternative Platinum rewards you can offer as compensation?

I understand the claim deadline was January 31, 2025, but I'm requesting consideration since the offer never appeared in my account despite my eligibility and regular monitoring of the rewards portal.

I value my Xfinity service and Platinum membership benefits, and I would appreciate your help in resolving this matter.
