I complained then my internet speed has appeared to have been throttled drastically (10mbps)
Recently I asked a couple questions regarding my bill. I ended saying I was not satisfied and planned on shopping around with other providers. Days later it has appeared that my speeds have been throttled severely. I pay for up to 75 mbps (yes I understand that this is UP TO and many factors impact this) but for days now, at all hours, my speeds have been 10mbps...TEN. Nothing has changed, I have the same number of devices connected, same cables, same router/modem...nothing has changed other than the fact that I made a complaint. This is unacceptable and this level of service is not what I should be paying for.

@user_42d940 Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out. I am sorry to hear you're having issues with your internet speed. We definitely wouldn't throttle your speed and I want to help troubleshoot the speed issues you're experiencing. Have you rebooted your modem or done any other troubleshooting since you noticed the slow speed?

Yes I have rebooted several times. I have ran several different speed tests and have used different devices to do so. I am consistently getting around 10 mbps with all devices making it nearly impossible to use any streaming service. I have had zero issues in 3 years until recently, what changed?
