I changed my plan two weeks ago and I still haven’t received anything
I signed up for a new plan and I was told I was getting new equipment. That was two weeks ago. A week ago I talked to somebody and they said I will be hearing from Someone in the next couple of days. That my equipment should be arriving. It still has not arrived. I have no access to what I’m paying for.

Hi there, @user_ddfw28! Thank you for taking the time out of your day to reach out and for signing up for the new plan. The shipments only take 2-5 days to arrive so you should have seen that by now. We are happy to check further on this. We can get a new shipment sent out or you can pick up the equipment at your local Xfinity store.
Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
