I can't view/manage my plan online

The pricing on my plan is getting ridiculous! I want to view my plan and see if i can manage it on my end, or cancel all together and go with something else

Having the same issue right now. Keep getting this message: "can't access property "slice", i is undefined".

There are already too many drop-down menus to navigate in order to simply view the details of your current statement. Very frustrating.

  Try this:

To see your current Xfinity plan, log in to the Xfinity app, check the "Account" tab, which displays your internet package, speed, and TV services.  Go to Manage your plan (you have to sign in again) and it will bring you to your personal site.  Just hit the right arrow and you can access your payments, your plan, membership and TV & streaming

It seems that not only the web interface is getting the "slice" error, so is the Xfinity app. Cannot view bill on either.

Hate to say this, but the Xfinity website is utter garbage.
