I cant schedule a callback to cancel my service.

I am currently trying to cancel my internet service and every time I try to schedule a callback the website says "We're having some trouble scheduling your callback". Every time I click try again, the same thing happens. I just want to cancel my service and would appreciate any help I can get.

Good evening @Ricardo_z3nsot, we're sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with our website, rest assured you've reached the right team to help. To get started with your cancellation request, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account? To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message: Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

Hi @XfinityAlyssaA . I followed your instructions and sent messages. After 25 mins, nobody has replied to my messages. (see attached Pic):
