I can't return my equipment! Return site doesn't work!
I've been trying for a month to return this router I got from Xfinity since I moved to an area where it's not available. There are no Xfinity stores for me to drive to so I have to ship it. I tried multiple times calling the Xfinity customer service line to try to get a shipping label and they just keep referring me to the xfinity.com/returns site that doesn't show my device no matter how many times I've tried it. How do I get into direct contact with a real person at Xfinity so I can return this router by getting a shipping label sent to me?

@user_3dos43 Hello and thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Forums. I hope the rest of your move went smoothly. We try to make return equipment as easy as possible so not only do our customers have the option to take them to an Xfinity Service center, but equipment can be returned via UPS. All you would need to do is take it to a UPS Store. They can scan it, box it, and ship it back for you at no charge. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/returning-your-equipment
