I cant pay because it says declined

I want to pay for my services but every card i use says declined and i cant cancel my service its to much to comprehend

Hey there, @user_xmnync. Typically, when the online system is rejecting digital payment methods it means your account has had too many failed attempts recently. To get the account current you would need to call 1-800-Xfinity and process a payment with the automated system or an agent, or use one of our kiosks inside the local Xfinity Store. Our team is unable to process payments with our current policies in place.
