I can't make or receive calls

Good morning. I am not sure what is going on. I can't make or receive phone calls. When I go into settings it shows that my mobile line is paused?

Hi there, and welcome to Comcast! Thank you so much for reaching out to us today regarding your mobile service not working. You are in the right place and we are happy to assist you. Now it sounds like your mobile service might be paused from the Internet . Have you checked the Xfinity App and under the Wi-Fi tab, to see if your device is paused?
