I can't get xfinitity support to change my plan or upgrade it.
I keep having agents via phone and chat drop offline and don't come back. 2 different supervisors were suppose to call me and never did. I have contacted support 10 times to get a new plan. Anyone else have this issue?

Dropped again because the order agent rebooted my system without permission. Is there a way to escalate all of this?
