I can't get an agent with the main number
I have spent half a day trying to contact a customer service to get help with my rewards. When I call the main number and hit 2 ( which is supposed to be customer service for residential service), I get the company that wants to sell you coverage on equipment. They said I have misdialed 3 times! I've tried everything. I didn't misdial and I am so frustrated, I want to cancel all my service with you!! A company that won't let you contact them? This has been going on a while. I HATE HAVING ANY CONTACT BECAUSE OF THIS KIND OF SITUATION! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER DOESN'T GO TO XFINITY AND THEY CAN'T HELP US WITH ANYTHING. SO WHY?? THEY CERTAINLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER
