I can't even tell what legit communications from Xfinity are anymore

I have spoken to 6 people in the last 36 hours about my account and service and I am now getting emails with phone numbers I've never heard of at Xfinity anymore.


I've had so many reps ask me for my last 4 SSN, bank acct, credit card, IMEI/ICCID/SEID/EID, user name, the texted code that specifically says Xfinity reps will never ask for, my home address, even for a photo of the back of my gateway. 


Is the number 855-209-0958 even a real Xfinity number?

My phone has been so [Edited: "Language"] with aince I got it from Xfinity and my WiFi has been so messed up for over a year, how can I even know if I'm talking to a real employee? 

Edit: now I'm being told that my account needs "more attention" and to call 338-9791 which is another number I've never seen associated with Xfinity/comcast before

The information that is requested can be requested by our Customer Security assurance team if there are any issues authenticating your account using the normal methods.
