I can't active my account

Hello, I can't active my prepaid internet. When it says to connect to the net in the wifi, I click there, then it sends me to the Xfinity page to activate the account, I write my phone number to verify the account, but then it say that there is two account at the same adress or two accounts associated with the same phone number. then I write my address to verify, and it say " I'm sorry, an unforeseen error occurred".

What can I do to active my account?? Please, I'm new on Xfinity services.
