I cannot send or recerive emails

Starting this moring I have not been able to send or receive emails.  I wonder if this is connected to a late payment issue I had because your system for payment was down over the weekend and replied with "site not available".  I have since been able to make payment.

Can you tell me a little more about what's happening? Are you trying to log in to your email online by going to https://www.xfinity.com/email or do you use a third-party application like Outlook or Apple Mail?
