I cannot record braves vision on channel 1254. Why?

I cannot record braves vision games on channel 1254. I read your instructions on how to send a direct message and alas there is no icon to click on top right of my page after signing in. Should I call xfinity or can you solve my issue.

Our team can certainly assist! Are you receiving an error message or code when trying to record the game? When attempting to watch a game live, are there any error messages or codes?

@XfinityAldrik​ Various issues...sometimes when selecting record It just doesn't record at all. At times I have the red record icon and at times I do not have the red record icon. Even if I have the record icon on the guide the baseball games do not record. I've also tried to preset to record all games on 1452 and never get the 3 red icons stating that the series will record. My dvr has a lot of memory and isn't even close to being full. This is happening on all of the channels starting with channel 1254 and including all the other baseball games xfinity has added to my service. In looking at other people's issues this is a very common problem with these newer channels. The solution you gave one person doesn't work because you state to click on an icon on the top right of xfinity's home page after logging in and the icon is not on the top right of the page.
