I cannot hookup up myself health problems

I tried a Netscape box hate it I want a proper hookup with a new xfinity wifi internet. I have several health problems using my hands and I'm almost blind so I need a tech to get my hookup right. I will pay. My cable was constantly sending mssgs of error...last week my roku quit mssgs say no internet...but I cannot see or use hands/fingers. How can I get a tech out. Over the phone the operators keep trying to have me plug & unplug, then type letters/numbers can't do it.
