I cannot get Xfinity to MOVE my service from one state to another
Xfinity generated an order number for my upcoming move but no one at Xfinity can find it. Online assistance tried to create my moving order but also had no success. He disconnected the chat and left me with an 800 number to call, which sends a text message with a link to the same place I started when I created my apparently unsuccessful moving order.
The number to call was indicated as being the number to customer service, however that number as stated above just generates a text message link to an Xfinity service/site that does not seem to working correctly.

I can help make sure there is an existing order, or take the steps to get your service transferred smoothly. I'd like to review your account first and we can go from there. In order to get started can you please send a direct message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
