Hey there, @user_qxvclp. It most likely is a situation where the order was pending the disconnection process and your account generated another statement. To avoid having to verify everything with us, you can cross-reference the top of your Xfinity statement to determine when your cycle generates. In most areas, it takes 7-10 days for the disconnection to complete and if that billing date passed while the disconnect process was pending, an invalid statement would be generated. For example, you requested the disconnect to happen on the 15th and your statement was generated on the 20th, you would see a full-month's charges on that statement because the disconnect process hasn't completed by then. We will send out another statement the following month that would confirm it was completed. Are you able to utilize the Xfinity app or online web portal that states your service is active?
