I canceled premium channel promotion when it ended- it triggered a new 2 yr contract?

I think I already know the answer to this.  When my last 2 yr contract ended, I signed up for new services and another 2 yr contract.  At the end of the 1 yr promotion (Free Showtime and STARZ) I canceled those services- this almost a year ago.  I just noticed today that my contract ends 2022 instead of 2021.  When I canceled the promotion a year ago did that automatically start a new 2 yr contract?

Hi @rtvman1! Thanks for posting to the Xfinity Forum to get help with your billing question and concerns. That's a good question! When you cancel a premium channel(s), it won't trigger a new 24-month agreement. I would be happy to review your account and the agreement you are in to clarify.
