I canceled my xfinity service and keep getting texts and calls to return equipment that I do not have
I canceled my xfinity service a few weeks ago. The rep I spoke with to cancel confirmed that I did not have any xfinity equipment (used my own modem and router). Yet, I keep getting texts and phone calls that I need to return equipment. I clicked the link in one of the texts and it doesn't even show me having any equipment that I could return. There's nothing to select. I don't have any xfinity equipment and just want to make sure I do not get charged for not returning something I don't have.

I'm happy to take a look into your account, and see what could be causing these alerts. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address?
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
