I canceled my service two months ago, and you guys are still charging my account!

I canceled all services with you guys two months ago, including services for a cell phone. I’ve never agreed to or even used. I have talked to three different people at your company who swore me that this was taken care of yet I am still being charged on my account to this day. At this point, I am exploring all my options, including looking for class action lawsuits against your company thinking about reporting to the Better Business Bureau or even Jesse Jones to put you on blast on the news. This is beyond unacceptable and at this point I feel you were like a scorned ex lover, who is trying to make my life miserable. Stop harassing me Stop charging my account! I want this taken care of immediately!!
