I canceled my service and returned my modem to the xfinitystore in the villages
I canceled my subscription and returned the modem to the store in the villages the Xfinity store. I keep getting text messages telling me to return it. I cannot for the life of me get anybody to answer my question if you have received the modem

I am sorry you keep getting those messages @user_010ae9. Have you checked the link: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/returning-your-equipment?linkId=85670289 and use the Digital Return Center at xfinity.com/returns to check to make sure all the equipment was returned if there was additional outside the modem? Sometimes customers have missed the streaming box they also had on the account. I personally forgot about a cable box because it was mounted behind my TV when I moved.
