I can not add old username

Dear Comcast/Xfinity Support,

I usually add usernames to create new email accounts for work purposes. However, recently this feature has stopped working, as shown in the attached screenshot.

I need assistance to resolve this issue.

Thank you for your help.

Best regards !

surgicaresteve Thank you so much for your post for help with creating new email addresses. As of June 3, 2024, customers will not be able to create new Xfinity Email (comcast.net) accounts this change was made due to the lack of use for most email accounts. I apologize you can find more information on our managing your Xfinity email support page

However, those are cases with newly created IDs. My ID was created before that time. I need a clear response and specific guidance regarding this issue

surgicaresteve New Ids can be created but no new Email address will be assigned.

My account is an older one, and I was still able to create new emails as recently as last month.

The recent update affected both new and existing customers. Xfinity is no longer providing new emails even if you've been a customer. I see you were able to do this just last month, but I can confirm this is something we no longer provide.
