I can not activate Peacock Premium

Hello, I have had Peacock Premium on my account for several weeks now and I am still unable to get it working. I have tried everything that was advised on the support page. I contacted Peacock directly and that still didn't work. I get an error message saying " my account does not qualify for peacock premium". So I don't know what else to do.
