I can never reach a live agent!!!

Comcast is literally the WORSE! have been trying to reach a live agents for month now to adjust my plan. I’m always on hold for hours and the phone hangs up or I can’t wait any longer. I have been trying to adjust my plan and when I try to go through the app or the website it doesn’t work and tells me I have to call and speak with a representative but when I call I can never get Anyone ! It’s very frustrating and at this point I might as well just cancel and go back to Verizon. At least they answer the phone.

I am on the phone right now! 38 minutes so far. My plan ends in Feb and I NEED to know what my bill is going to be.

This is not right. I have been a customer for 16 years.

my service at my home is almost nonexistent, My iPhone says SOS , sometimes I get 1 bar. I did speak with the Philippines and Maria told me Xfinity would fix it , nothing happened. I will now go back to Verizon. This company does not know how to service its customers.
