I called to ask a question

I called at 634 tonight to ask a question about a previous payment. I was told i would get a call back in 10 mins. It’s been an hour!!!! What has happened to xfinity? They are no longer the best.

user_mgp1yv Thank you for reaching out! We do apologize you did not get a callback as promised. You should be able to review your payment history from the Xfinity app, Xfinity Web Portal or Xfinity Mobile Web Portal
