I am trying to sign up for service, the app is failing, xfinity store failed.

I am trying to sign up for service, the app is failing, and I have already tried visiting a store with no success. I need assistance from a support agent.

Thanks for reaching out to use, we do apologize for any inconvenience you're having setting up new services. Can you tell me what issues you're running into when you go to this link https://www.xfinity.com/broadband-labels and put in your address to create your order?

it says showing broadband facts for DENVER,

Then it just has a bunch of dropdowns About BroadBand Facts Label.

I click on view and manage services and this appears:

That's strange we'll have to take a look at the address in question.  To get started send me a direct message including your first and last name and complete service address

 

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
