I am trying desperately to talk to a live agent and can't seem to connect with one at all.

I am so at my wits end, I just want to talk to a person and get out of this loop that the virtual assistant puts me through

I finally got thru to chat with a live agent.  Took me 2 hours to resolve what was a simple issue/question.  It was maddening that there isn't an easier way to chat with a live agent.  I went thru many rounds with the virtual assistant that kept looping me back to answer questions I had already answered, the same experience with the phone.  Just not good customer service, I understand the need to be efficient but if someone wants to talk to a live agent it shouldn't be so difficult and frustrating.  I am actually considering my options with other providers for just this reason, I don't have the patience to do this when I have an issue that requires me to talk to a human.  would've responded to this post sooner but I was busy trying to reach someone at Xfinity.

I am starting to believe there are no humans at Xfinity! Maddening!! Maybe I need to switch providers…where humans live

I tend to concurr,...seems to be all driven my AI bots, virtual assistants, and when u do have a live chat, it says they are busy or your Inet service is down (seems stupid since I'm using XFI)....
