I am trapped between Fedex and Xfinity
I have been calling both companies since 10/14/2025 daily to find a resolution to my issue. Fedex delivered my new Iphone 17 Pro Max and I was not home at the time. They left a door tag. On 10/15/2025 I drove to the Fedex location and the rep couldnt locate my package. On 10/19/2025 Fedex deemed it as lost. I have NOT heard from Xfinity at all. We went to the store and called the customer service number multiple times. My case is pending. I am not sure why when this is not any fault of mine. I cant get a response from Xfinity in regards to shipping a new phone. This is unacceptable as I have paid for the taxes on this device.

Good afternoon user_br3hfl. I am sorry to hear the device has been lost. Once it leaves our warehouse, we do not have any control with the delivery. However, we are more than happy to assist you with submitting a ticket to assist further with this to ensure we get you a device.
Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
