I am so frustrated!!
You automated customker service is the worst!! All I want to do is talk on the phone to a real person! It takes forver to get to a chat place where you can request a call back abd then no one does! At his point I am ready to cancel my service totally, because it seems apparent xfinity doesn't care about their customers!
