I am receiving what looks to be fraudulent text messages posing to be from comcast

I am getting text messages on my phone from a firm Harris and Harris saying they are trying to collect 212.76 on a debt I have for comcast equipment. Is this fraud?  My account has no charges and no notices. Again the messages are all text message to my phone
