I am receiving the run a round with my internet service for over a year with no resolution
I have been told for the last year, every time a tech shows up that they know what the problem is (node issue / noise) and will escalate it to make sure it is getting resolved. Over 1 year later and still waiting. I need to escalate this to FCC if no one will do anything.

@user_5si4m5 Thanks for adding a post to the forum. We can help get a tech out to make sure it is escalated. Send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the message icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
