I am not receiving a good value on my Xfinity service. In fact as a good customer, I should be treated a lot better than this.
I feel I am overcharged for what I get. I’ve been on the fence with completely canceling your services. Now with Denver channel 7 gone, I’m completely over it.
I’m not OK with it, I’m not gonna switch back-and-forth from an Antenna and back to cable every time I wanna switch a channel. This is ridiculous you guys. It’s crazy that you can get away with it. It should be criminal. You promised something and you’re not delivering. Just to save a few bucks in your corporate shareholders pockets. And what do we get, maybe a one time $10 credit… [Edited: "Language"]! This is ridiculous. I want a phone call from somebody that can do something or give me some facts… [Edited: "Personal Information"]

@user_fkudc2 Thanks for reaching out about the loss of channels owned by E. W. Scripps. This programming is currently unavailable as Comcast’s agreement with the network has expired. Please know Comcast pays programmers to bring you the entertainment you love, and a number of reasonable offers have been made that they haven’t accepted. Comcast is working toward bringing back this programming, but only with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for customers. I know unexpected changes to your TV lineup can be frustrating, and I apologize for any inconvenience. For more information, visit https://www.xfinity.com/programmingchanges.
