I am moving and might have some overlap between houses. Would I be able to setup internet at the new house, while retaining it at the old?
Subject says it. I'll probably have like 1-2 weeks of overlap, but want to retain the wifi at both houses for the security cameras and to be able to work from either house while overseeing things being moved. Probably means I need two accounts, or no?

To send the requested information in a private message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person", but don't do that.
Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
• Select "Xfinity Support" from the list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter or tap the > icon to send it

Hi@RyanDal! We are thrilled to have you take us to your new home and we can certainly have both locations on while you complete your move. You are right though, we would need to open another account since we are having service at two locations at once. We can assist you here with this request just send us a private message using our icon at the top right of the page and make sure to select @xfinitysupport.
