Hi there @user_n8adjd Thank you so much for reaching out on our Xfinity Community Forums about adding service to an additional room.  We are happy to assist!  Did you plan to add another internet service with adding that additional modem in that room as well?

No I just need to add a new cable from splitter and use the same service
