I am calling to follow up on my service change issue from yesterday, NOT THE OUTAGE, please take my call!!

Yet because there is an outage the system won't even speak with me.  If I can't even speak with a human for what I pay a month, I want to cancel my service, but it won't even let me do that.  Absolutely absurd.
